How to Join Our Team as a Social Marketer

I'm so glad you've decided to join us and begin your journey as a Social Marketer with Modere. The steps below will walk you through how to enroll. Be sure you complete each step. From there, we'll verify that you've properly enrolled and then send you instructions about how to get begin the on-boarding process and get plugged into our success systems. Let's do this!

Enrollment Instructions

Watch This Video First

The video + instructions below will show you how to enroll as a Social Marketer. In order to join Marshawn's team, you must enroll at marshawn.shiftingretail.com. If another Social Marketer on Marshawn's team invited you to the Opportunity Zoom, please contact them so that you register directly with that person!

Step 1 - Go to marshawn.shiftingretail.com

If you're international, you'll use follow the same instruction, but on the below site that matches your location:

Step 2 - Scroll Down to Social Marketer

Scroll down the page and go to where it says Social Marketer. Click the teal blue Start Now button.

Step 3 - Pick Your "XM Pack" Starter Kit

Scroll down to the section that states XM Pack. Then select the XM Pack bundle of products that has the products that most align with your life and journey....what you would love to share. We recommend choosing one of the Pro Lean Body Fitness XM packs, the Skin Care or the Coffee.

Important Note: The BioCell Liquid Collagens, Trim and the Body Firming Foam are the BEST selling hero products. The quality of the collagen and the formats Modere makes it available in is a key marketplace differentiator! It’s a patented product. If you pick an XM Pack that doesn’t have this, you’ll want to add on BioCell or Trim (the fat-burning pudding with collagen) so that you can try those and share your experience and these products with you audience. This is a recommendation. You can pick any XM Pack that you want. You can add on any additional products you'd like to try and use at checkout.

  • International Registrants - you'll want to pick the most premium XM pack. This will vary by market.

Step 4 - Set Up SmartShip + Check Out

Next, you’ll pick 75 Points worth of SmartShip products. You'll want to click the tab that says SHOP ALL. You can pick one product that equals at least 75 points, or a bundle of products. The key is that your SmartShip point value must equal at least 75 points. Note - your SmartShip will not bill you right away. It will bill you 30 days later. You can move up your SmartShip ship date at a later time if you like. You need to complete this step in order to qualify for commissions.

Next, check out, pay and then you’re ready for the remaining steps!

  • International Registrants - you'll need 75 points worth of SmartShip product as well to quality for commissions.

If You're an Existing Customer, Do This!

If you've purchased Modere products from Marshawn already, you'll want to check the button that says "Existing Customer" when you get to Step 3 in the Check Out Process. Enter the name and email address you've previously used to purchase products as a customer. Then, you'll enter 8092008 as your sponsor's referral number - the phrase ME Unlimited may already be filled in for you in the Sponsor Field.

Save Your Referral Code ID Number

You will get a confirmation email once you have processed and paid your one-time enrollment fees. Save your confirmation email. And, save you're Referral Code ID Number. You will need it for this next step. We will use this to verify that you have officially enrolled with Modere as a social marketer.

Friend Our Team Account on Facebook

Once you've processed your payment with Modere for your XM Pack and enrollment fees, your next step is to "friend" our account on Facebook. This is how we will add you to our private groups once your enrollment is verified.

*LAST STEP* - Complete Our Quick Form

You're almost done with enrollment. We need you to click the button below and fill out our "Quick Form." We will use this to create your profile for our team. You'll need to provide your (1) Facebook profile URL (no business or fan pages - it must be a personal profile), and (2) a photo so that we can show you off!

What is the investment?

To enroll, you'll want to pick the XM Starter Pack of your choice at marshawn.shiftingretail.com. The current investment is $359 plus a mandatory $39 enrollment fee. Please note, these are your business start up costs that are paid directly to Modere. You are investing in the right to become an authorized Social Marketer, your start-up products and the ability to start earning commissions on day one. To be on our elite team of visionaries, we require all team members start with an XM Pack.

Do I have to Build a Team or Can I just Promote + Sell Products?

You can choose either or both! Modere offers a dual-sided compensation plan. Many succeed at Modere simply by promoting and selling products from which they earn commissions. If you desire to that, that is fine. However, if you also enjoy helping others to start a business and want to build a team of people that promote Modere's wellness line of lifestyle and clean living products, we'll show you how to do that, too.

Will I receive coaching from Marshawn, Akemi and Justin?

Yes, but we want to be clear. This is not a coaching or mentorship program. This is an opportunity to build a Social Retail business around the Modere product line offering. You will receive access to proven success systems, marketing training and sales strategies that will show you how to operate and grow your business. The focus of this opportunity is selling Modere retail products online. You'll receive access to trainings, group mentorship and a tribe of entrepreneurs looking to grow their Social Retail business as well.

How Much Will I Make?

There is no guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using any of our ideas, tools, strategies, products or recommendations. This is not a “get rich scheme.”

How Long Does it Take for My XM Pack Starter Kit of Products to Arrive?

The company estimates 8 to 10 days, but often products arrive in 2 to 3 days. With COVID-19 plus the increased traffic of holiday shipping, there may be slight delays. We recommend you get enrolled as soon as possible and begin the processing of your order so that your products can ship as soon as possible, too.

What Countries do You Operate In?

Modere currently operates in 27 countries: The United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. India is on the way. What is the Difference Between Modere & MLM?

Great question! There is a significant difference in the dual compensation model. Unlike Modere is very customer centric and has more a "business in a box" feel as Marshawn likes to say. You can be incredibly successful at Modere and never build a team. Of course, you can if you like, and we'll show you how to do one or the other, or both. What if I have more questions?

We love that you have questions. But, we also find that most of your questions will be answered as you go. This is learn-by-doing business. You don't need to know everything. When you enroll, you'll get plugged into our simple success systems, and you'll get access to our Success Blueprint, Client Trackers, Business Trackers and Daily "What to Post" Text Messages. You'll also get started by diving in training that teaches you about the business and how to succeed. Again, you'll learn as you go. Your best questions will come as a result of working the system.
